About Krystal
Krystal Edwards started her real estate journey in December of 2005, as an Administrative Assistant for a Commercial Developer for medical office buildings and facilities. She remained in commercial real estate management but progressed into hospitality management from 2010 to 2016.
In December 2017, Krystal decided to fully commit and get her Sales Associate real estate license. Her niche is International Commercial Real Estate Project Developments specifically, but not limited to, Commercial Properties: Flex Retail, Hotels, Motels, Vacation Rentals, Marinas, Restaurants, Auto Mechanic Shops, Hospitals, Holistic Centers, and Entertainment Venues.
In 2021, Krystal became Broker of Record for a Florida Real Estate Brokerage called Landshark Real Estate Group. Giving her the platform and financial stability to purchase her first boutique Bed and Breakfast in Wausau, Wisconsin. By June 2021, she was simultaneously completing transactions in Florida, while running a bed and breakfast, acting as an International Rental Arbitrage Host for several clients throughout the Caribbean.
In September 2022, Krystal created two additional businesses to assist in promoting her real estate transactions internationally. As COO of Landshark Investment Group LLC., she created Safaan Facilities Management Services Co. in the U.A.E. and Landshark International Holdings Ltd an IBC in St Lucia. Krystal’s ambitions have not halted.
She enrolled in Law school in January 2024, with the desire to pursue her Paralegal Litigation Certificate and Juris Doctorate. She also acquired her Sales Associate License in the State of Wisconsin. Krystal wants to use all her professional skills to promote and run her own International Real Estate Development Firm.
In 2026, Krystal has made greater steps to her journey by joining eXp Realty. This will allow her business to cross borders seamlessly with high levels of technological resources. She is ready to take on any global transaction on your behalf.
